Saadiya Razzaq

Ms. Saadiya Razzaq is a development professional with over two decades of experience in implementing social sector development programs, particularly in the health sector. She possesses a strong track record of effectively managing large project design and implementation teams, while fostering collaborative relationships with governments, donors, and development partners. Ms. Razzaq is widely regarded as an expert in health financing and health systems, possessing deep understanding of collating evidence for policy reforms, strategic planning, and strengthening healthcare systems. She has also been instrumental in promoting the availability of timely and high-quality data in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Throughout her career, Ms. Razzaq has held significant positions as a full-time employee and consultant, with UN agencies, bilateral donors, governments, and prestigious international and national think tanks. She has made notable contributions to the field, with her work on health-related SDGs being published extensively and presented at numerous national and international conferences and meetings. 

Ms. Razzaq's expertise are acknowledged in the academic realm, as she serves as a visiting faculty member at PIDE, Quaid-i-Azam University, and the Health Services Academy. 

She has an MPhil in Economics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
